RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO 50
TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT N0. 03-5912 RE: FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS
COLONY ROAD BRIDGE @ WESTERN CANAL
BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT N0. BROS-0007(022)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, as follows:
1. That said County approve Program Supplement No. 50 to Local Agency-State
Agreement No. 03--5912 for Federal-Aid Projects in Butte County and the
Chairman of the Board be authorized to execute said supplement on behalf
of said County. Supplement No. 50 covers the construction of Colony Road
Bridge @ Western Canal, Bridge Replacement Project No. EROS-0007(022).
2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy of
this Resolution to Program Supplement No. 50.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 9th day of January ,1990
