RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF NEW BONDS/COUPONS TO REPLACE
BONDS/COUPONS LOST OR DESTROYED, PARADISE PINES UNITS 12, 13 AND
14 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT, COUNTY OF BUTTE, CALIFORNIA
WHEREAS, petition for reissuance of Bond No. 273,
Principal Coupon 14, Interest Coupon 28 of the County of Sutte,
California, has been received by the Board of Supervisors; and
WHEREAS, said Board of Supervisors has received evidence
that said bonds/coupons have been lost or destroyed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that said
bonds/coupons shall be reissued and that the cost of reissuance be
borne by the owner of said bonds, to wit: Edward W. Johanson, and
that the security to be deposited shall be in the sum of one
hundred forty three and 87/100 dollars,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 23rd day of January, 1990 by the following vote:
AYES; Supervisors McInturf, Dolan, Vercruse, Fulton and Chairman
McLaughlin
