RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR FUNDING OF A PLANNING/TECHNICAL
ASSISTANCE GRANT FROM THE GENERAL ALLOCATION OF THE STATE CDBG PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte has reviewed
the Citizen Participation plan for compliance with federal statute and has
determined that this plan was followed for the development of this application;
NOW, THEREFORE BE 1T RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte has reviewed and hereby approved application for:
Housing Conditions Survey $12,000.00
Prepare Grant Application $ 8,200.00
TOTAL $20,200.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors hereby approves
the use of CDBG Program income in the amount of $900.00 to be used as the
County's cash match for this project.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors has reviewed and
hereby agrees to comply with all assurances executed in connection with the
application and, if awarded, the grant.
BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte is hereby authorized and directed to execute the
application and statement of assurances, and the Director of Public Works is
authorized to sign the contract should the grant be awarded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County of Butte, the
23rd day of January, 1990, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, McInturf, Vercruse and Chairman McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
