RESOLUTION AUTHORTZTNG EXECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT N0. 51
TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGRRF.>v1RNT N0. 03-5912 RE: FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS

FEDERAL AID SECONDARY PROJECT N0. RS-4765(1)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, as follows:
1. That said County approve Program Supplement No. 51 to Local Agency-
State Agreement No. 03-5912 for Federal-Aid Projects in Butte County and the
Chairman of the Board be authorized to execute said supplement on behalf of said
County. Supplement No. 51 covers the reconstruction of Cohasset Road from 1.9
mile to 4.9 miles NE of Keefer Road, Federal Aid Secondary Project No. RS-4765(1).
2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy of
this Resolution to Program Supplement No. 51.
