RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO RENAME A PRIVATE ROAD IN BUTTE COUNTY
BE IT RESOLVED by this Board that Notice of Its Intention to
rename the private road shown below be posted as required by Streets
and Highways Code §970.5 and that on March 27 ,1990,
at 9:45 a.m. in the Board Chambers, Butte County Administrative
Building, Oroville, a hearing shall be held on the subject of the
proposed name change:
Existing Name Termini Proposed Name
Sigfrid Way Foothill Blvd. to end Windfall Way
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
27th day of February 1990, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Fulton and Chairman McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisors DOldn and VerCruse
NOT VOTING: None
