AND AIITHORIZING EII:ECIITION THEREOF
COIINTY OF BDTTS
Proposed County Correctional Facilities
In Connection With General Obligation Bond Proceedings
RSSOLV"ED, by the Board of Supervisors (the "Board") of the
County of Butte, State of California (the "County"), that that
certain Agreement for Bond Counsel Services between the County
and Jones Hall Hill & White, A Professional Law Corporation, this
date presented to this Board, is hereby approved, and the
Chairman of the Board is hereby authorized to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the County and the Clerk of the Board is
hereby directed to attest the signature of the Chairman.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted and passed by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte at a regular meeting thereof held on February 27,
199 0.
