PROCLAMATION OF TERMINATION OF LOCAL EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, a local emergency presently exists in the County of
Butte in accordance with the proclamation thereof by the Director
of Civil Disaster on the 18th day of February, 1990, and its
ratification by the Board of Supervisors on the 22nd day of
February 1990, as a result of conditions of extreme peril to the
safety of persons and property caused by a severe winter storm with
heavy snow fall; and
WHEREAS, the situation resulting from said conditions of
extreme peril is now deemed to be within the control of the normal
protective services, personnel, equipment and facilities of and
within said County of Butte;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California, does hereby proclaim the termination
of said local emergency.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 6th day of March, 199p by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors P4cdnturf, Dolan, Fulton and Chairman McLaughlin
NOES : None
NOT PRESENT: None
NOT VOTING: Supervisor Vercruse
