Resolution No. 90-44
RESOLUTION MODIYING
OFFICE HOURS OF AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT OFFICE
WHEREAS, the Butte County Code Article I, Section 2-1,
Office Hours, generally states that County offices shall be open
every day except Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 8:00 a.m.
to 5:00 p.m. for the transaction of business.
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors may, by resolution,
specify those hours during which individual departments will be
open to the public other than as specified above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of
Supervisors authorize the Air Pollution Control District Office to
change public office hours in the Air Pollution control Office to
8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through
Friday.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this 20th day of March, 1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Doran, Vercruse, Fulton and Chairman
McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
