RESOLUTION MODIFYING
OFFICE HOURS OF THE ASSESSOR'S OFFICE
WHEREAS, the Butte County Code Article I, Section 2-1, Office
Hours, generally states that County offices shall be open every day
except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
for the transaction of business.
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors may, by resolution, specify
those hours during which individual departments will be open to the
public other than as specified above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Supervisors
authorize the office of the Butte County Assessor to change public
office hours in the Assessor's office to 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.,
Monday through Friday.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED these hours shall be temporary due to
staffing circumstances and shall resume to hours as specified in
Butte County Code Article I, Section 2-1 no later than May 25,
1990.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California this 3rd day of April, 1990 by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Dalan, Vercruse, Fulton and Chairman McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
