Economic Development District comprised of Butte, Glenn, and Tehama
Counties; and
WHEREAS, the growth center of the Tri-County District is
located within Butte County; and
WHEREAS, Tri-County Economic Development Corporation
administers a Revolving Loan Fund for the benefit of the District
through a grant from the Federal Economic Development
Administration; and
WHEREAS, Tri-County EDC is in the process of applying to
EDA for a recapitalization of the Revolving Loan Fund for which EDA
requires that an assuming responsibility resolution be submitted
with TCEDC's application; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Administrative Officer
recommends that Butte County assume this responsibility should it
become necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of
Supervisors of Butte County does hereby declare that Butte County
will assume responsibility for administration of the TCEDC
revolving loan fund in the event TCEDC is ever unable to administer
the loan program.

ADMINISTRATION OF REVOLVING LOAN FUND PER REQUEST BY
TRI-COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION

Supervisors on the 17th day of April, 1990 by the following vote:
