RESALUTION $ALIITING THE
WORK TRAINING CENTER FOR THE HANDICAPPED
ON THEIR 30TH ANNIVERSARY
WHEREAS, Work Training Center for the Handicapped, Inc.
has provided vocational training and activities to developmentally
disabled people in Butte County for 30 years, and
WHEREAS, Work Training Center for the Handicapped, Inc.
has grown from serving 4 clients to more than 600 each year, and
WHEREAS, Work Training Center for the Handicapped, Inc.
provides persons with a wide variety of disabilities with
meaningful training and work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County
Board of Supervisors salutes the Work Training Center for the
Handicapped, Inc. on their 30th anniversary, and extends its good
wishes for continued success.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors on the 17th day of April, 1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Vercruse, Fulton and Chairman flcLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Dolan
NOT VOTING: None
