HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT 89-RDAP-085
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
as follows:
SECTICN 1.
The County of Butte has reviewed and hereby approves Contract Na.
89-RDAP-085.
SECTION 2.
The County of Butte has reviewed and hereby agrees to comply with
all the terms and conditions of Contract No. 89-RDAP--085.
SECTION 3.
The Chief Administrative Officer is hereby authorized to act on
behalf of the County of Butte to accept the grant in the amount of
$17,500. The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors is hereby
authorized to enter into and sign all necessary documents required
to complete the grant transaction, including the Standard Agreement
and any subsequent approved amendments thereto.
SECTION ~.
The County of Butte hereby authorizes the Chief Administrative
Officer to perform any and all responsibilities in relationship to
the approved Agreement, including preparing, signing and
transmitting reports, Requests for Funds, and any other required
administrative documentation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte, State of California this 5th day of June 1990 by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Fulton, Mcinturf and Chairman McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisors Dolan and Vercruse
NOT VOTING: None
