authorized by the Legislature to review applications for
participation in the County Justice System Subvention Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors that all County Justice System Subvention Program
funding requests in the County's application as approved on
June 5, 1990, will be spent for purposes as set forth in Section
1806 (a) of the Welfare and Institutions Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors, State of California this June 5, 1990 by the following
vote:
AYES: Supervisors PlcInturf, Dolan, Uercruse, Fulton and Chairman
