RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR AND DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC WORKS
TO E%ECUTE ON BEHALF OF BUTTE COUNTY APPLICATIONS FOR STATE-LOCAL
TRANSPORTATION PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM FUNDS (SS 300)
FOR VARIOUS BUTTE COUNTY ROAD PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the County of Butte intends to make application for partial
State funding for various road reconstruction projects; and
WHEREAS, all applications must be executed by a representative of the
County authorized to execute said applications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors that the Director and Deputy Director of Public Works of Butte County
are authorized to execute on behalf of Butte County all Applications for
State-Local Transportation Partnership Program Funds (SB 300), pursuant to
California Streets and Highways Code, Division 3, Chapter 16, Section 2600 et sec{.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 24th day of Jul_Y , 1990, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Dolan, Vercruse, Fulton and Chairman McLaughlin
NOES: Nane
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
