NOTICE OF ADDITION OF PROPERTY
The governing body of $utte Count Fare De arttuent
at a meeting on August 28 , 19 90 , has resolved•
WHEREAS the Fire Protection organization, shown above has entered into an Agreement
dated April 24, 1990 _ with the California Department of Forestry and Fire
Protection for the use of Federal Excess Property; NOW THEREFORE BE a.t resolved that
the Fire Organization shown above accepts the additional Federal Excess Property
described inlthe amendment below under the same terms and conditions in the said
Agreement and J. Steven Brown, County Fire Warden is authorized to sign the
amendment to said Agreement as printed below.
