RESOLUTION FOR 1990-91
REVISED COUNTY JUSTICE SYSTEM SUBVENTION
PROGRAM APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the California Youth Authority has been
authorized by the Legislature to review applications for
participation in the County Justice System Subvention Program.
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors originally adopted
Resolution 90-96 on June 5, 1990 making application to the County
Justice System Subvention Program; and
WHEREAS, that application was made based upon an
anticipated allocation which is significantly higher than available
under the current appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of
Supervisors makes a revised application for County Justice System
Subvention Program funds at the reduced amount.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of
supervisors that all County Justice System Subvention Program
funding requests in the County's application as approved on
August 28, 1990, will be spent for purposes as set forth in Section
1806 (a) of the Welfare and Institutions Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors, State of California this 28th day of August, 1990 by
the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, polan, Fulton and Gha~rman A7cLaugh7~n
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Vercruse
NOT VOTING: None

At their meeting of August 28, 1990, the Butte'Caunty Board
of Supervisors adopted a revised resolution far the 1990/91 County
Justice System Subvention application. A certified copy of this
revised resolution and a detail of anticipated expenditures by
program for fiscal year 1990/91 are enclosed.
