THAT the appropriations limit imposed by Article 13 of the California
Constitution for Butte County for fiscal year 1989-90 has been calculated to
be $44,425,611 and the appropriations subject to the limit is $32,393,469.
THAT said aforementioned appropriations hereby are finally determined
and adopted and ordered filed in the office of said Board. The foregoing
resolution was introduced by Supervisor Fulton who moved its adoption,
seconded by Supervisor Vercruse and said Resolution was passed this 28th
day of August, 1990, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Mclnturf, Dolan, Vercruse, Fulton, and Chairman
McLaughlin
