counties to file bankruptcy under the bankruptcy laws of the United
States;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte that the Chairman of the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, be and hereby is authorized
to execute and file on behalf of the county, a petition for relief
under 11 U.S.C. Chapter 9 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for
the Eastern District of California;
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 31st day of August, 1990, by the Butte
County Board of Supervisors by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dolan, Fulton, McInturf, Vercruse and
Chairman McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
