AND REORGANIZING MEMBERSHIP
FOR THE BUTTE COUNTY FISH & GAME COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the Butte County Fish and Game Commission was
created by Resolution of the Board of Supervisors on August 7,
1940; said Resolution being apart of Book 30 of Minutes, beginning
at page 291; and
WHEREAS, on November 23, 1982 the Board of Supervisors
adopted Resolution 82-182 reestablishing the Butte County Fish Sc
Game Commission and designating as Members, the Chairman of the
Board of Supervisors or his/her designee, and five Members
representing each of the five County supervisorial districts; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Supervisors
to now reorganize the membership of Butte County Fish & Game
Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED that this Board of
Supervisors hereby amends Resolution 82-182 by deleting the
requirement that the Chairman of the Board or his/her designee
serve as a Member of the Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2d day of October, 1990
by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Vercruse, Fulton and Chairman McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Dolan
NOT VOTING: None
