UNITED WAY CAMPAIGN MONTHS
WHEREAS, United Way of Butte County belongs to the
citizens of Butte County; and
WHEREAS, the money donated for programs and services
stays in Butte County; and
WHEREAS, United Way raises funds to support twenty--one
(21) member agencies, providing more than one-hundred (100)
programs and services to more than 55,000 Butte County residences.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte that they do hereby proclaim
September 1, 1990 through Iecember 37., 7.990 as United Way Campaign
months.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors to
urge all citizens to join in support of the United Way and help
through. contributions to participating organizations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors, County
of Butte, this 11th day of December, 1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors P•9cInturf, Fulton and Chairman A1cLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisors Dolan and Vercruse
NOT VOTING: None
