Resolufion No. 90-172
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CHRISTMAS EVE AND NEW YEARS EVE 1990 AS COUNTY HOLIDAYS
WHEREAS, THE COUNTY OF BUTTE has entered into Memorandums of Understanding
with employee organizations who represent employees in each bargaining unit to
grant one time holidays for December 24, 1990 and December 31, 1990,
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors finds it to be in the interest of the
County to close County offices tv the extent possible on these dates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte that December 24, 1990 and December 31, 1990 are County holidays and
each department head of each department may close departmental offices on these
dates at their discretion.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors on
this 18th day of December , 1990 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Vercruse, Fulton and Chairman McLaughlin
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Dolan
NOT VOTING: None
