Resolution No. g0-178
BE IT RESOLVED THAT Wallace A. Herring, Chief Probation
Officer, is authorized and directed to submit an Application for
Funds to the Department of the Youth Authority, State of California,
pursuant to the County Correctional Facility Capital Expenditure
and Youth Facility Bond Act of 1988 (Juvenile Facilities), as follows:

1. Construct a multi-purpose classroom at the Butte County
Juvenile Hall.
2. Level, plant and irrigate the Juvenile Hall outside recreation
area and resurface the basketball/volleyball court.
It is estimated that these projects will cost $303,787.
Matching funds have been waived for this project per Chapter 1258,
Statutes of 1990 (SB 1559).
On motion by Supervisor McInturf seconded by
Supervisor Varcrtice the foregoing resolution was passed and
adopted by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, this 1Rth day of pP~Ptflho~~,,,,~„_____, 1990, by the
following vote, to wit:
Ayes: Supervisors McInturf, Vercruse, Fulton and Chairman McLaughlin
Noes: None
Absent: Supervisor Dolan
