HomeMy WebLinkAbout908ORDINANCE N0. 908 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 20 11 ~! 12 13 14 15 i6 17 18 is 20 21 22 23 24 23 26 27 28 29 30 31 32 AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF BUTTE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ZONING A PORTION OF SAID COUNTY PURSUANT TO EXISTING ORDINANCE NOS. 475, 522 AND 676 OF SAID COUNTY The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of Cali- fornia, DOES ORDAIN as follows: That Butte County Ordinance Nos. 689 and 727 are hereby amended in the following particulars: Section 3 of said Ordinances are amended to read as follows: SECTION 3. Additional uses permitted, subject to the secur- ing of a use permit in each case: 3.1 "C-2" (General Commercial) uses for land having frontage on the west side of Palermo Road. Said Commercial area shall be developed to proper grade to the existing road and the depth shall not exceed three hundred and thirty (330} feet from the centerline of Palermo Road. 3.2 "C-2" (General Commercial) uses for land having frontage on the east side of Palermo Road. Said Commercial area shall be developed to proper grade to the existing road and the depth shall not exceed one thousand, three hundred and twenty (1,,320) feet from the centerline of Palermo Road. 3.3 "R-4" (Multiple dwellings, excluding trailers) for Assessor Parcel 36-56-48 at the Northwest corner of Las Piumas Avenue & Crest Ridge Drive as shown by map in the Office of the Butte County Assessor, first Monday in March 1966, and as shown by map in the office of the Butte County Planning Commission and the office of the Butte County Clerk. This Ordinance shall be, and it is hereby declared to be in full force and effect from and after thirty (30) days after the date of .its passage, and before the expiration of fifteen (15) days after its passage this Ordinance shall be published once with the names o~ the members of the Board of Supervisors voting for and against it it ,the Oroville-Mercury a newspaper published in the County jof Butte, State of California.
