FOR THE STATE RURAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROMOTION GRANT PROGRAM
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Butte as follows:
SECTION 1.
The Board of Supervisors has reviewed and hereby approves an
application for (Activity 002C, Amendment request to continue funding
for Economic Development Services for $5,OQQ.)
SECTION 2.
The Board of Supervisors agrees to comply with all assurances
executed in connection with the application and, if awarded, the grant.
SECTION 3.
The Chief Administrative Officer is hereby authorized and
directed to act on the County's behalf in all matters pertaining to this
application.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte held on January 29, 1.991 by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Campbell, McLaughlin, E'ulton and Chair Dolan
NOES : (done
