RESOLUTION OF THE BUTTE COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
MODIFYING OFFICE HOURS - COUNTY RECORDER'S OFFICE
WHEREAS, the Butte County Board of Supervisors has
recognized a need to modify office hours in certain departments
to achieve efficiencies utilizing existing staff; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2241 provides that the Board of
Supervisors may adopt resolutions specifying those office hours
which a department will be open to public business transactions;
and
WHEREAS, the County Clerk-Recorder has requested that
the office hours of the County Recorder's Office be changed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the County
Recorder's Office be changed to be open to the general public
from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on regular business days.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 5th day of February , 1991, by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Campbell, McLaughlin and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor Fulton
NOT VOTING: None
