DESIGNATING WALL STREET CENTER FOR THE ARTS
AS PARTNER IN STATE-LOCAL PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the California Arts Council and the California
State Legislature established a State-Local Partnership Program
designed to encourage local planning and decision making and reach
previously underserved constituents; and
WHEREAS, an application for the arts in Butte County will
be submitted by the Wall Street Center for the Arts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED that the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte does hereby designate the Wall
Street Center for the Arts for 1991-92 as its partner in the State-
Local Partnership Program for purposes of submitting a grant
application to the California Arts Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 1991 by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Campbell, P1cLaughlin and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisors Fulton
