RESOLUTION ACCEPTING
CONVEYANCE OF REAL PROPERTY
WHEREAS, it is resolved and ordered by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte that:
(a) The deed from Gina Deffenbach to the County of
Butte, dated March 22, 1991 and conveying title to certain real
property in this County, a copy of which is attached hereto and
incorporated herein as Exhibit "A", shall be accepted by the County
of Butte and the conveyance shall be duly recorded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 2nd day of April, 1991, by the following 'v'ote:

Commencing at a point on the Section lane common to Sections 9 and
10, Township 20 North, Range 4 East, M.D.B. &. M. said point being
South 0 degrees O1' 30" East, a distance of 915.69 feet from the
Section corner common to Sections 3, 4, 9 and 10, Township 20
North, Range 4 East, M.D.B. & M.; thence South 45 degrees 42' West,
a distance of 931.67 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
