FOR THE SHERIFF'S REVOLVING FIIND
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors on March 5, 1951,
pursuant to Sections 29320, et seq of the Government Code of the
State of California, adopted a resolution establishing a revolving
fund for the Sheriff's Office to be used for the transportation of
prisoners; and
WHEREAS, there is now determined to be a necessity to
further increase the amount of the revolving fund;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, as
follows:
1.That the resolution adopted by the Board of Supervisors
on March 5, 1951, be amended to read as follows:
"3. That the amount of the fund shall be the sum
of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00)."
2. That the County Administrative Officer is instructed
pursuant to Section 29323 of the Government Code of the State of
California to amend by endorsement the blanket fidelity bond of the
County to be conditioned, in addition to its other provisions, upon
the faithful administration of the revolving fund and upon the
willingness and ability of the principal for whom such fund has
been established to account for and pay over the fund upon demand
of the Board of Supervisors at any time.
3. That the Auditor is hereby authorized and directed
to draw a warrant in the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) in favor of the Sheriff's Revolving Fund from the
County General Fund.

Supervisors this 16th day of April, 1991 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Campbell, Fulton, McLaughlin and Chair Dolan
