RESOLUTION APPROVING COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
TO PROVIDE FIRE PROTECTION SERVICE FOR LOCAL AGENCIES
HE IT RESOLVED that the Butte County Board of Supervisors
hereby approves the cooperative agreement to provide fire
protection service for local agencies entered into between the
County of Butte and the California Department of Forestry and Fire
Protection covering the period July 1, 1990 through June 30, 1991.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors on the 16th day of April, 1991 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors PicInturf, Campbe11, Fulton, McLaughlin and
Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: None
