The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte resolves:
On September 1, 1981, the Board of Supervisors adopted
.its Resolution of Intention No. 81-205, as later amended, for
public improvements in Lakeridge Village Assessment District,
County of Butte, State of California.
Said Resolution of Intention, as later amended, provided
that any surplus in the improvement fund for said assessment, after
completion of the improvements and payment of all claims from the
improvement fund, would be applied in accordance with Section
10327.1 of the Streets and xighways Code of the State of
California.
Said improvements have been completed and a Notice of
Completion was recorded in the office of the County Recorder. All
claims upon the improvement fund have been paid.
1. A balance of $164,962.35 remains in the improvement
fund for Lakeridge Village Assessment District, and said amount is
surplus.
2. The amount of $164,962.35 shall be applied as a
credit upon the assessment levied in Lakeridge Village Assessment
District, in the manner provided in Section 10427.1 of the Streets
and Highways Code.
3. The Clerk is directed to provide a certified copy
of this resolution to the County Treasurer's office for their use
in making the credit to each assessment, in accordance with Exhibit
A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
