RESOLUTION FOR 1991-92
COIINTY JUSTICE SYSTEM SUBVENTION
PROGRAM APPLICATION
WHEREAS, the California Youth Authority has been
authorized by the Legislature to review applications for
participation in the County Justice System Subvention Program.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board
of Supervisors that all County Justice System Subvention Program
funding requests in the County's application as approved on
June 4, 1991, will be spent for purposes as set forth in Section
1806 (a) of the Welfare and Institutions Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Bcard of
Supervisors, State of California this 4th day of June, 1991 by the
following vote:
AYES: Supervisors PicInturf, t~icLaughlin, Fulton and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: PJone
NOT VOTING: None
