RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING E%ECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT N0. 59
TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT N0. 03--5912 RE: FEDERAIr--AID PROJECTS
CONSTRUCTION OF PAVEMENT OVERLAY
UNDER CONTRACT CHANGE ORDER TO THE PROJECT FOR
RECONSTRUCTION OF LA PORTE ROAD,
FEDERAL AID PROJECT RS--V3fi4(004) CRP-L089(849)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, as follows:
1. That said County approve Program Supplement No. 59 to Local Agency-
State Agreement No. 03-5912 for Federal-Aid Projects in Butte County and the
Chair of the Board be authorized to execute said supplement on behalf of said
County. Supplement No. 59 covers funding for construction of pavement overlay
under contract change order to the project for Reconstruction of La Porte Road,
Federal Aid Project RS-V364(004) CRP-1089(849).
2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy of
this Resolution to Program Supplement No. 59.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 6th day of August 1991 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Houx, Fulton and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: Supervisor McLaughTin
NOT VOTING: None
