BE TT RESOLVID by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, as follows:
1. ghat said County approve Program Supplement No. 60 to Local Agency-
State Agreement No. 03-5912 for Federal-Aid Projects in Butte County and the
Chair of the Board be authorized to execute said supplement on behalf of said
County. Supplement No. 60 covers funding for construction of pavement overlay
of various Butte County roads, Federal Aid Project RS-5912(001) CRP-L089(824).
2. `That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy
of this Resolution to Program Supplement No. 60.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 6th day of August , 1991 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisor McInturf, Noux, Fulton and Chair Dolan
