A RESOLUTION REVISING GATE FEES PURSUANT TO TAE CONTRACT FOR THE OPERATION
AND MAINTENANCE OF HEAL ROAD SANITARY LANDFILL IN BUTTE COUNTY
WHEREAS, Neal Road Landfill Company (Contractor) and County of Butte
entered into an agreement for operation and maintenance of Neal Road Sanitary
Landfill on May 15, 1978; and
WAEREAS, Section 12 of the contract provides for a change in cost of
doing business whereby the compensation to the contractor shall be increased or
decreased in a percentage amount equal to two-thirds (2/3) of the net percentage
change in the consumer price index by either raising gate fees or by other compen-
sation;
NOW, L~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
that the gate fees for the operation and maintenance of the Neal Road Sanitary
Landfill are established as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution shall be effective on
September 1, 1991.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 6th day of August 1991 by the
following vote:
