A RESOLUTION REPEALING RESOLUTIONS
82-110, 83-102, 8406 and 85-10
WI~REAS, the Board of Supervisors on July 16, 1991 passed an ordinance
establishing new fees for services rendered by the Department of Public Works,
and,
WHEREAS, this ordinance will be, effective on September 16, 1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, as follows:
That effective September 16, 1991, resolutions 52-110, 83--102, 84=06
and 85-10 which set forth fees for the Department of Public Works are hereby
repealed
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors this
20th day of August 1991, by the Following vote:
AYES: Supervisors t4cInturf, Houx, McLaughlin, Fulton and Chair Dolan
NOES: Tone
ABSENT: None
NOT VOTING: Bone
