ORDINANCE N0. 911
AN ORDINANCE SENDING ORDINANCE N0. 899 OF THE
COUNTY OF BUTTE, KNOWN AS THE "SALARY Q',L2DINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of
California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 899 of the County of Butte is hereby
amended as follows:
', (a) That Section No. 33, entitled MENTAL HEALTH, is
'amended by deleting therefrom,
Salary Range Noa of Positions Classification Titl
24 1 Steno III
and adding thereto,
22 1 Clerk III
2. That this ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, once, in
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State~.of~::California.
PASSF,D AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte, State of California, this 10th day of January,
1967, by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Dunaway, Maxon, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Howsden
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
