RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECi1TI0N OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT N0. 57
TO LOCAL AGENCY - STATE AGREEN>El•TT N0. 03-5912 RE: FIDERAL~-AID PROJECTS
AGUAS FRIAS ROAD BRIDGE AT RICHVALE WEST DRAIN
FEDERAL BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT BRRS-4775(001) CRP-L089(781)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, as follows:
1. That said County approve Program Supplement No. 57 to Local Agency-
State Agreement No. 03-5912 for Federal-Aid Projects in Butte County and the
Chair of the Board be authorized to execute said supplement on behalf of said
County. Supplement No. 57 covers funding for preliminary engineering costs for
the bridge replacement project of constructing the Aguas Frias Raad Bridge at
Richvale West Drain, Federal Bridge Replacement Project BRRS-Y775(001) CRP-L089{781).
2. That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy of
this Resolution to Program Supplement No. 57.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 17th day of September 1991 by the
following vote;
AYES: Supervisors McInturi=, Houx, McLaughlin, Fulton and Chair Dolan
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
