RE50LUTION AUTHORIZING E%ECfTTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT N0. 58
TO LOCAL AGENCY - STATE AGRFi7~n?NT N0. 03-5912 RE: FEDERAL-AID PROJECT
FEATHER AVENUE BRIDGE AT RUDDY CREIIC
FEDERAL BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT BROS-0007(024) CRP-L089(78O)
BE TT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, as follows:
1. That said County approve Program Supplement No. 58 to Local Agency-
State Agreement No. 03-5912 for Federal-Aid Projects in Butte County and the
Chair of the Board be authorized to execute said supplement on behalf of said
County. Supplement No. 58 covers funding for preliminary engineering costs for
the bridge replacement project of constructing the Feather Avenue Bridge at
Ruddy Creek, Federal Bridge Replacement Project BROS-0007(024) CRP-L089(780).
2. That Clerk of this. Board be authorized to attach certified copy of
this Resolution to Frogram Supplement No. 58.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 17th day of Se tember 1991.by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Houx, McLaughlin, Fulton and Chair Dolan
