RESOLUTION DECLARING INTENTION TO SELL PROPERTY
AP 041-520-021
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte
deems it advisable to sell the property described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, which is located at 110 Condor Road, Oroville,
identified as AP 041-520-021.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is the intention
of the Board of supervisors to sell the identified property at a
minimum price of Twenty-four Thousand Dollars ($24,000).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that on November 5, 1991 at 10:30
a.m., a public meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte will be held at 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, at which
sealed proposals to purchase will be received and considered.

A portion of the Northeast quarter of Section 9, Township 20 North,
Range 4 East, M.D.B. & M., Butte County, California, and more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a paint on the Section line common to Sections 9 and
Z0, Township 20 North, Range 4 East, M.D.B. &. M. said point being
South D degrees O1' 30" East, a distance of 915.69 feet from the
Section corner common to Sections 3, 4, 9 and 10, Township 20
North, Range 4 East, M.D.B. & M.; thence South 45 degrees 42' West,
a distance of 931.67 feet to the true point of beginning; thence
