RESOLIITION OF DESIGNATION FORRQSO[UfiOri IV0.91-112
AIITHORIZED SIGNATORIES ON BEHALF OF BIITTE COIINTY
IN THE MATTER OF BIITTE COIINTY LIBRARY
CORPORATION BOND SERIES OF 2981
WHEREAS, the County of Butte, herein called the "County,"
is a political subdivision of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, the Butte County Library Corporation, herein
called the "Corporation" is a non-profit public benefit corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Galifornia,
and
WHEREAS, the Corporation has issued bonds, of which the
primary source of payment is lease rentals by the County; and
WHEREAS, the Bank of America National Trust and Savings
Association, herein called "trustee" is the designated trustee in
the matter of the above referenced bonds; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County
designates certain officers as authorized signatories on behalf of
the County;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following officers of
the County are authorized and qualified to act in signing written
instructions, consents, certificates or other securities, on behalf
of the County:
Chair of the Board of Supervisors
Chief Administrative Officer
Uibrarian
Treasurer-Tax Collector
Auditor - Controller
County Clerk - Recorder
BE IT FIIRTHER RESOLVED that periodically and as requested
by the trustee, the County will furnish a certificate of authorized
officers, with the names and specimen signatures of the persons
filling the above offices.
BE IT FIIRTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Board of the
County, or his/her designee, will certify to said officers and
signatures as requested by the trustee.
