WHEtZEAS, all of Gerald Circle right of way is no longer necessary or
required for road purposes; and
WWF:RFAS, pursuant to the Streets and Highways Code Section Division 9,
Part 3, Chapter 4, commencing with Section No. 8330, the Board finds that
Gerald Circle right of way should be summarily vacated;
NOW, ~R~nuF, BE TT RESOLYID by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, as follows:
The following-described Gerald Circle right of way is hereby summarily
vacated and abandoned pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Division 9, Part 3,
Chapter 4, commencing with Section No. 8330;
And from.and after the date the Resolution is recorded, the street,
highway, or public service easement vacated no longer constitutes a street or
highway
Being a strip of land 60 feet wide, 30 feet on each side of the follow-
ing described centerline, also being a portion of Sections 3 and 10 of T20NR3E
M.D.B., more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the centerline of the "Old Clark Road", now
known as Gerald Gircle, said point also being 40 feet left of Engineers Center-
line Station 65+52, of the existing Clark Road as shown on that certain Right
of Way Map E-614 on file in the office of the Butte County Department of Public
Works; thence in a north westerly direction along the said centerline of "Old
Clark Road" approximately 3,000 feet to a point 40 feet left of Engineers
Centerline Station 91+80 of said Right of Way Map E-614 and the end of said
centerline.
E%CEETING AND RESERVIl~iG any existing easements and/or rights at any time, or
from time to time, to maintain, operate, replace, remove, renew and enlarge the
existing public utility facilities and facilities incidental thereto, including,
access to protect the property from all hazards in, upon, and over the highway
herewith to be abandoned.
