State of California has heretofore set the time and place for
hearing and fixing the final budget as on the 17th day of
September, 1991, in the Board of Supervisors Room in the Butte
County Administration Building, Oroville, California; and
WHSRSAS, said hearing was concluded on October 1, 1991,
in the Board of Supervisors Room in the Butte County Administration
Building, Oroville, California; and
WS8RSA8, such increases or additions that were proposed
in writing and filed with said Board before the close of said
budget hearings were considered by said Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BS IT RE8OLVSD by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Butte, State of California, that the
appropriations now contained in the proposed budget as revised by
the Board at and after the public hearings and recorded in the
minutes thereof are hereby declared adopted and the various object
appropriations therein specified are as follows:
A. Appropriations for Expenditures:
1. Salaries and Employee Benefits $51,740,795
2. Services and Supplies 41,529,571
3. Other Charges 68,468,824
4. Fixed Assets
a. Land -0-
b. Structures and improvements are
as specifically set forth in the
budget as finally determined by
the Board of Supervisors which is
adopted by reference herein and

That the appropriations limit imposed by Article 13 of
the California Constitution for Butte County for fiscal year 1991-
92 has been calculated to be $48,322,925 and the appropriations
subject to the limit total $27,145,108.
That said aforementioned appropriations hereby are
finally determined and adopted and ordered filed in the office of
said Board. The foregoing resolution was introduced by Supervisor
McInturf who moved its adoption, seconded by Supervisor
Houx and said resolution was passed this 1st day of
October, 1991 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors McInturf, Houx and Chair Dolan
NOES: Supervisors Fulton and h9cLaughlin
