HomeMy WebLinkAbout91-126WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte deems it advisable to sell the property described in Exhibit A attached hereto, which is located on the north side of Vance Avenue, approximately 0.6 miles east of Larkin Road, identified as AP 025- 280-019 and 020, Gridley, California. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that it is the intention of the Board of Supervisors to sell the identified property at a minimum price of One hundred Seventy Thousand Dollars ($170,000) cash. BE IT FURTHER RE50LVED that on December 3, 1991 at 10:00 a.m. a public meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte will be held at 25 County Center Drive, Oroville, at which sealed proposals to purchase will be received and considered. RANDOLPH Clerk of the B rd By : ~--- Deputy RESOLUTION DECLARING INTENTION TO SELL PROPERTY AP 025-280-019 & 020 Being all of Lot 23 and a portion of Lots 25, 26 and 27 of Rio Bonito North recorded in Bk 1 Maps of Record at Page 10, County of Butte, State of California more particularly described as follows: PARCEL ONE' Lot 23 of Rio Bonito North, according to a map thereof filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California, on April 14, 1888, in Book "1" of Maps, at Page 10. EXCEPTING THEREFROM that part of said Lot 23 conveyed by Margaret M. Doty, a widow, to County of Butte, by Deed dated August 23, 1937, and recorded August 27, 1937, in Book "86" of Official Records, at Page 329, records of Butte County, California. PARCEL TWO' Lots 25 and 26 of Ria Bonito North, according to Map thereof filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California, April 14, 1888, in Map Book "1", Page 10. PARCEL THREE• Lot 27 of Rio Bonito North, according to a map thereof filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of Butte, State of California, on April 14, 1888, in Book "1" of Maps at Page 10. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the west 25 feet of said Lot 27, conveyed by Charles F. Leonard to W. M. Doty and C. E. Chatfield by Deed dated December 24, 1917, and recorded December 31, 1917, in Volume "153" of Deeds, at Page 146, records of Butte County, California. ALSO EXCEPTING THEREFROM that part of said Lot 27 conveyed by Margaret M.
