RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING F..~ECUTION OF PROGRAM SUPPLEMEN'P N0. 62
TO LOCAL AGENCY - STATE AGREEMF~IT N0. 03-5912 RE: FEDERAL-AID PROJECT
UPGRADE TRAFFIC SIINS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS
THROUGHOUT BUTTE COUNTY
FEDERAL HAZARD ELZI~LLNATION PROJECT HES-0005(372)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, as follows:
1. That said County approve Program Supplement No. 62 to Local Agency-
State Agreement No. 03-5912 for Federal Aid Projects in Butte County and the
Chair of the Board be authorized to execute said supplement on behal€ of said
County. Supplement No. 62 covers funding for engineering and construction costs
for the project of upgrading traffic signs at various locations throughout Butte
County, Federal Hazard Elimination Project HES OOOS(372).
2. That Clerk of the Board be authorized to attach certified copy of
this Resolution to Program Supplement No. 62.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte,
State of California, this 5th day of November 1991 by the following vote:
