RESOLUTION HONORING MARGARET MITZE2,
WHEREAS, Margaret Mitzel, Director of Butte County Department
of Social Services, has announced her retirement as of December 31,
1991; and
WHEREAS, Margaret Mitzel has served the people of the County
of Butte and the State of California through the administration of
social service programs for 25 years, with extraordinary
distinction and leadership;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
That this Board, on behalf of the people of this County as
well as on its own behalf, wish to express to Margaret Mitzel its
sincere appreciation for her many years of outstanding service to
the people of the County of Butte, and further wish her well on
her retirement.

on this 17th day of December, 1991 by the fallowing vote:
