AMENDMENT TO REGULATIONS GOVERNING
MEMORIAL H.ALLB
No. 91- ~. 56
Article 1, paragraph 4, of the Regulations Governing
Memorial Halls as adopted by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
on December 8, 1981, is hereby amended to read as follows:
4. Committee members shall be nominated by the incoming
Commander/Commandant of each veterans unit using the hall and
appointed by the Board of Supervisors. Each appointment shall
expire June 30 of each and every year. Each member shall be a
veteran and shall not serve more than four years on a Memorial Ha11
Committee.
Article 1, paragraph 6, of the afore stated
Regulations Governing Memorial Halls is also amended to read as
follows:
6, The Board of Supervisors shall further appoint a
committee, consisting of one member and an alternate member from
each Memorial Hall Committee nominated by the Hall Committee, which
shall be named the Butte County Veterans Hall Committee and which
will act as a liaison between the Hall Committee and the Director
of Public Works, and/or the Board of Supervisors. These
appointments shall expire June 30 of each and every year.

FURTHER, that the Butte County Board of Supervisors does
hereby extend terms of the present Memorial Ha11 Committee members
and alternates and Butte County Veterans Hall Committee members and
alternates, whose terms were due to expire December 31, 1991, to
June 30, 1992.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of
Supervisors this 17th day of December by the following vote:
