AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 899 OF THE COUNTY
OF BUTTE, KNO'UN A'S THE '°SALARY ORDINANCE"
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Butte, State
of California, do ordain as follows:
1. That Ordinance No. 899 of the County of Butte, is
hereby amended as follows:
(a) That Section 3A, entitled SAT~ARY PLAN FOR CLASSIFIED
EMPLOYEES, is amended by adding thereto,

Assistant Assessor 37 (796-1045)
(b) That Section No. 9, entitled ASSESSOR, is amended by
deleting therefrom,

after the date of its adoption, and before the expiration of
fifteen (15) days after its passage, it shall be published with
the names of the members voting for and against the same, once, in
a newspaper published in the County of Butte, State of California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Butte, State of California, this 24th day of January, 1967,
by the following vote:
AYE'S: Supervisors Dunaway, McKillop, Pryde and Chairman Howsden
