State of California, as follows:
~.. That said County approves Cooperative Agreement (District Agreement
No. 0392302 for Installation of Traffic Control Signals at the Intersection of
State Highway 32 and East Avenue/North Lindo Avenue in Butte County and the Chair
of the Board be authorized to execute said Cooperative Agreement on behalf of said
County.
2. 'That Clerk of this Board be authorized to attach certified copy of
this Resolution to the Cooperative Agreement.
