AMENDING INDIGENT BURIAL SCHEDULE OF FEES
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors on January 31, 1978,
pursuant to California Welfare and Institutions Code Section
17009, adopted Resolution 78-21, a Resolution Amending Indigent
Burial Schedule of Fees; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to further amend the indigent
burial schedule of fees;
NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors
of the County of Butte, State of California, that the amended
indigent burial schedule of fees attached hereto as E$hibit "A"
is hereby adopted on behalf of this Board to become effective
February 1, 1992.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Butte County Board of Supervisors
this 11th day of February 1992 by the following vote:
