SUBJECT TO THE POWER OF SALE
WHEREAS, pursuant to the attached notice and request,
herein incorporated as Exhibit A and including the list of subject
properties; we resolve that approval for said sale is hereby
granted.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Tax Collector is
directed to sell the property described in said Exhibit as
provided for by law pursuant to Chapter 7 of Part 6 of Division 1
of the California Revenue and Taxation Code.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Supervisors of the
County of Butte this lath day of March, 1992 by the following vote:
AYES: Supervisors Roux, Mclnturf, McLaughlin and Chair Dolan
NOES : None
ABSENT: Supervisor Fulton
NOT VOTING: None
